At Active 10, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Active 10 products.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.


Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Partially used items may still be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee—evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly)

  • Promotional, closeout, or discontinued products


Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email activeformulations@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Our team will provide your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the carrier of your choice.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at activeformulations@gmail.com.

  2. Include photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received are not eligible for refunds.
We will assist you in filing a carrier claim whenever possible.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
